Ishu is a very senior Sales professional with more than 35 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD & Media Industry. His core competencies includes Business Strategy & Execution, Start-up & Turnaround, Capability Building & General Management. He graduated from Delhi University and did his Business Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan. He has also been to General Management Programs at IIM Ahemdabad & IIM Lucknow. He worked at some of the best MNCs / Indian companies: Unilever, ICI, Castrol, Pepsico, Relaxo, Daily News & Analysis (DNA), Hinustan Times in key leadership positions.

He setup IB Consulting Solutions in 2014 and brought on table his deep domain experience in all aspects of Sales Distribution & Marketing. He has done projects / consulting assignments for Beverages, Footwear, E-commerce & FMCG companies.
